Marco brings more than 20 years of business development-, sales-, marketing-, channel development- and general management experience gained within the Information- and Communication Technology Industries. He has held executive positions with leading multinationals such as Hewlett Packard and Nokia as well as with smaller high-tech startups. He has a strong track record in developing new successful businesses from zero, leading geographically dispersed teams and driving profitable business growth across multi-country regions. Marco holds a M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Technology, Helsinki, Finland.

Dr. Nicolas Abelé - CTO

Nicolas has extensive experience in Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) product- and business development through his previous activity at STMicroelectronics ( France), where he acted as the liaison between the engineering-, marketing- and sales teams. He has strong knowledge of large volume industrial environments and innovation technology transfer through IP creation. He was the laureate of the 2005 European Award for Innovation and has been involved in several European Projects, aimed at MEMS innovation where he served as work-package leader. Nicolas has obtained his PhD degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) and holds numerous patents in the field of MEMS components.

Faouzi Khechana - VP Industrialization

Faouzi brings a strong track record in the development, microfabrication and industrialization of Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) scanning micro mirrors and has been involved in their development since the first generation. Previously he was a member of staff at the Center for Micro and Nanotechnology of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), where he worked on the microfabrication of MEMS devices for several applications. Most recently he has developed fabrication processes and was responsible for a production line of MEMS components for a leading Swiss watch company.  Faouzi holds a BSc. and MSc. in Nanostructures and Microsystems from the Paris-Orsay University.

Lucio Kilcher - VP Engineering

Lucio is an expert in optical systems and has extensive experience in the design and development of complete optoelectronic systems such as Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) microprojectors. Previously, in his position as R&D Engineer at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO), he led the development of various devices integrating electronics and optical elements, from idea to final product. Lucio holds a BSc in Microtechnology from the University of Engineering and Information Technology (HTI Biel) and a MSc. in Nano- and Microtechnology from the HES-SO Geneva, Switzerland.
